Native to Sassello, a small village in the Ligurian hills, this traditional pastry is  prepared by mixing almonds, apricot kernels, sugar and egg white.

In the laboratory of Sassello, each Amaretto it is packaged individually straight from the oven to allow you to fully enjoy its soft heart and authentic flavour.

All gluten free products are listed in the dietary registry of the Ministry of Health and licensees  of the brand Barred ear granted by the Italian Celiac Disease Association.
