Denomination: Riviera Ligure di Ponente D.O.C.
Variety: Vermentino
Vineyard: Varcavello, Diano Castello, S, Lorenzo
Age of the vineyard: 30 years of average
Fermentation: in steel tank at 16° C, for 7 days.
Refinement: an elegant and delicate smell of white flowers, full and strong character, with a good sourness; persistent in the end with an almond note.
